Arby's - Casselberry

I really liked this arby when they had the 2 to 5 happy hour, which seems they have no more. I also love the Ghirardelli shake there, tried to get a medium once, got a small cup! I also went back to order the new wagyu burger, who was decent, but again got a small cup loaded medium price. I contacted arbys twice, never wrote me back. what a great disappointment. probably not anymore.

Really one of the most unpleasant drive-thru experiences I've ever had. I go out of my way to be friendly with restaurant staff, and when I moved into the drive-thru, the woman said working welcome to arbys, order when ready in a deriving ton. I asked her if I could have a moment to look at the menu she repeatedly said (about 7-8 times very sarcastic and unreliable) take all the time in the world, sick only sitting here waiting for ever and similar rude remarks of this kind. When I asked if she talked to me, she said yes? and when I asked what her problem was, she said that I wanted to help her and went right next door to the burger king and got the same order I had planned here without annoying. they brighten lady, his really not so hard to be a decent person. not everyone in this world is out to get you. I hope you can find out yourself.

Friendly, fast service even though they were busy. Food was hot and fresh.

Man, for my opinion thaey has a good taste but right now I'm mad cuz today I was be at the 9:50!!! And they don't wanna sell me nothing, ame the restaurant close AT THE 11 PM!!, no complaints about the food but the workers are disgusting and do not want to attend even during service hours, so bad experience, I'm not going to Arby's again.

Arby's is one of our favorite! The fried chicken sandwich is the bomb! The roast beef sandwich tasty but need to put a little bit more i roast beef in it! Tasty tasty tasty
