Ever, simple as could be, egg+bacon+ bagel.... they somehow forget one of the 3 every time I've been there, roughly five times... not sure how they manage it but it blows my mind! Should've given up alongtime ago, but I figured one could only mess up a VERY simple sandwich so many times before they get it right

We had a rather large order so we thought it works... read more We are from out of town, our family was here for a funeral so this was out first experience with Tim Hortons. We had a rather large order so we thought it works take a min to get done. Our sandwiches got done and waited almost 20 more min for 3 icedlattes while 7 other people were served. Food was cold and was not even offered a refund or discount. An apology does not cutit in a situation like this. If give no stars if I could!

While in Cassadaga, we ordered breakfast biscuit sandwiches, hash browns... read more We stopped by T-Ho's for a late morning meal on our way to an appointment in Jamestown. While in Cassadaga, we ordered breakfast biscuit sandwiches, hash browns, coffee, and hot tea. Unfortunately, the tea was too hot to drink, and the biscuits were dry and crumbly. As we attempted to eat our sandwiches, we ended up creating quite a mess. However, the cashier made my husband laugh when they asked if I played in the WNBA, which was a lovely compliment, even though I'm not sure the league existed during my younger years.
