This place has very limited vegetarian food options and the preparation is also not up-to the mark. Food was never consistent, either too spicy or bland.

Amazing trip, reaching Goa.... What one thinks of the word Goa, is just beaches, coconut trees, alcohol and party.... But here the party is different, the serenity of the place is alcohol, coconut trees replaced by indigenous trees of western ghats, beaches replaced by the Jungle.... That's hell lot of change when one thinks of Goa... But it's amazing.... With Tour organisers Nature India and being at Nature's nest... Had great birdwatching trips... Ramesh was simply excellent... Always showing us birds difficult to spot... Loved his enthusiasm... The stay was so comfortable... The quietness mesmerising... Food true taste of Goa... Still salivating... hospitality of good standards... Staff always ready to help you... Don't go there with the expectations of having fun, as one would find on the beaches... This the beautiful Western Ghats.. One who loves the jungle would appreciate it... Thank you very much Nature's Nest... One point which I was happy is having no mobile network;) Love everything there...

This place lacks basic things like cleanliness and staff is not too helful about things you may need

We did the 4 day 3 night birding tour with Ramesh at Natures Nest! Fabulous time! 147 birds, lovely accommodation and generous and tasty food. The tour was all found 24,000 IRP per person, plus the cost of a pick up and delivery to the property in the Western Ghats, about two hour drive from Calangute. Ramesh, one of the three partners, was our guide for our visit, bringing in water bird specialists for our last day on the river before we were delivered to the airport in time for our flight to Mumbai. The food was traditional Indian, and included a charcoal grill dinner on one night and very nice fish on another. The accommodation was clean and cool, spacious cottages set amongst the trees with a clean and efficient bathroom. Hot water was provided at set times twice a day, although on our last night we asked if this time could be changed to accommodate a change of program and this was done with grace. If you are a birder, and have the chance, do take up the opportunity to spend some time her. And if you have your own spotting scope, even better.
