It 's not a British friendly restaurant, not the be all but made translating the menu slightly difficult but the waitress spoke a little English and tried her best to help. The food was nice but came out in drips and drabs so some people had finished by the time others even got their mains, so maybe work on their timings with that. The food did taste good though. We then decided to have a dessert and saw they had a pizza nutella on the menu and thought we 'd give jt a go. We asked the waitress if we could have it and she said 'you are not in England anymore you are in Itlay now we don 't do this ' (Even though Nutella is Italian) We we gobsmacked that someone could be so rude when it was on their menu. We tried to explain this to her and tried to show her the menu but she walked away. When she came back we tried again and she said yes I spoke to the chef and I told you we could do it. We eventually had it but we thought her comments were rude and unnecessary as we were just reading off her menu. At the end of the night someone asked for the bill but we didn 't hear them due to being 12 of us so a lady of ours went up to the waitress to ask for the bill and she snapped at her saying yes I 'm already doing it. She then refused to take both card and cash payment combined she said no one in Italy takes this for of payment (not true as other resturants did allow this) so we payed cash, so just be aware. The food was great but the waitress was just plain rude and for this reason I would probably not go back again. There are plenty of other resturants in Casperia that are lovely with nice food and friendly staff. Think this lady needs to relax I think!

It was very noisy from the kitchen, since they had the window opened. The place wasn't very nice. The waitors wasn't in a very good mood. It took 20 minutes before we got our drinks, even though it was just a few sitting. It was completely impossible to get the waiters attention when we wanted to have the bill and get outta there A bad experience.
