The bed was firm, that's the only good thing I can say. Even the furniture in the lobby needs replaced. The carpet in hallway's our room was not only dirty. but it even buckles. Elevator had missing panels, entire place needs painting, In truth is looks like they have never done repairs. There's no need for me to go on, You are getting older motel 6 quality at Hilton price. However, their friendly, cheerful and outrageous attitude during our stay was wonderful. But she was not the only one with infectious positivity and joy, Tony in housekeeping kept us smiling with his sense of humor and joy. The room was clean and comfortable and hopefully the upcoming renovation will improve the layout. For example, bathroom door opens the inward, towel holder that is not inside the shower, etc. Breakfast was wonderful with many options and great service. A proposal is more attention to shovel snow from walkways, including the back of the hotel.
This hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Well located without motorway noise. The restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast the next morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in the area.
