We visited a pizza place and it was one of the best experiences we've had. The service was both quick and outstanding. The pizzas were expertly made, with just the right amount of sauce and toppings. Our server, Billy, was friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back! View all feedback.

While the food wasn't bad and the restaurant itself appeared clean and tidy, they were completely understaffed. They only had one person waiting tables and running the register. The waiter was nice enough and tried really hard, but he just couldn't keep up with orders. We waited over an hour for wings which apparently were given to another customer. I had an amazing experience with Pizza Hut last night! Everything was perfect—the order was accurate, the delivery driver was super friendly, and the stuffed crust was better than ever. This was a last-minute decision to order, and it was absolutely worth it!
I ordered pizza and wings and received a text saying they would be delivered through DoorDash. However, 30 minutes after the tracker indicated it was out of the oven, the delivery driver left the pizza and wings outside in the cold and windy weather. I was surprised when I opened the door to find them there. To make matters worse, the wings had no sauce, and the pizza was lukewarm from sitting in the warmer.
They have updated their menu, and unfortunately, the pasta is now terrible. The prices are extremely high, and the value simply isn’t there anymore. It seems that COVID has negatively affected many establishments.
Great management and fabulous customer service ????. And the food? FABULOUS and perfect every time. Thank you Pizza Hut on 2nd street in Casper, WY.
Description says dine-in which is a stretch. The buffet is shut down, large garbage cans are in the dining area and they don't sell fountain drinks. It's obvious they aren't intending on supporting anything other than delivery like some of their otherlocations. My children's experience is a far cry from what my experience was. 26 dollars for a large pizza and a Sam's clubdining experience.
