What User doesn't like about La Costa Mexican:
Its probably one of the most americanized Mexican restaurants in Casper. I've tried the chile relleno at most Mexican restaurants in town and this one was a chile omelet not a chile relleno. Its not hard to whip up some eggs whites to give it the chile relleno taste instead of a breakfast omelet. We loved our Fajitas! We have the best in Casper. You are aware of GF options and explain what you cannot have. Unfortunately, their maize chips are not cooked in a separate frit, so that not available for gluten free options. Will often go back because they are the best! Clean, affordable and friendly staff.
Have eaten here several times and the food and service is amazing. The best authentic Mexican food in town. Parking can be a problem, but unlike that, you will find a place to park even if it includes a walk and enjoy the best Mexican food in Casper
How is Detroit, where we have the Mexican city to Wyoming and have the best Mexican I've ever had? People were nice, prices good and too much food! Give them a try!
Burrito was delicious. Salsa and beans provided were excellent, particularly the salsa. Service was excellent as well, food was delivered quickly. Will definitely eat there again!
