Whenever we come down and visit we always end up here at some point for atleast 1 meal if not a few times. Place is huge and colorful just like you'd expect from a great Mexican restaurant, the atmosphere is great! Food has always been good and just as quick as you'd expect and you have so many choices on their menu. They do have a bar to sit at if you want and yes it is fully stocked. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Guadalajara Casper:
I tried the beef fajitas at this restaurant. Calling it fajitas is not entirely accurate. The flavor was lacking and there was not enough meat on the plate to properly fill each fajita. The rice was good, but the beans were bland and watery. I don't think I would dine here again. I gave it a second star for the hospitality, but the food was just average. They did bring a dessert with the bill as a nice gesture. View all feedback.
The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious. The staff are all friendly and positive. Our server was exceptional and did a great job interacting with my 14 month old son. The fries came out quickly, and our meals arrived promptly despite the busy atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!
As someone who is visiting from out of town and has never been here before, I must say that this is the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was exceptional as well. The staff was quick to refill our drinks and check to see if we needed anything. The portions were very generous, and they were very generous with their sour cream and guacamole. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Mexican cuisine.
The atmosphere at this restaurant is very pleasant. There is a wide variety of options on the menu, with a focus on authentic Mexican cuisine. This may not be my personal favorite type of cuisine, so keep that in mind when reading this review. The service was a bit slow in my opinion, but it was a busy night with many large groups dining. The restaurant is spacious, making it ideal for accommodating big parties. Prices for dinner started at $10, and the west side of the restaurant has long tables that can easily be rearranged for high chairs and wheelchairs. It is a popular spot, so it's recommended to plan ahead and arrive early to avoid a wait. If there is a wait, you may be able to wait in the bar area until a table is available. Kids seem to enjoy the experience, including throwing coins.
