We LOVED this place! Exceeded expectations. Bar and restaurant were great. We stayed in the king suite and it was perfect. Love parking right outside the room and then having inside doors to hallway. Staff was amazing! Will stay again for sure when we are in Casper. View all feedback.

The way the general manager handled the situation was unprofessional and overwhelming. It was completely unreasonable, and if I had known about their strict policies regarding pets, I would never have booked this hotel. On top of all that, the walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms. I would not recommend this place at all. View all feedback.

I had to cancel my trip due to my son's illness, and the restaurant is now planning to accuse me of canceling my reservation. Despite being fully booked every night, they refuse to issue a refund. I called them for the first time and was informed that I would be refunded, only to later receive an email stating that I wouldn't be getting my money back. After spending $700, I'm very disappointed with the customer service.
Whenever we travel from our home in Missouri to Wyoming, this is always our favorite place to stay! Whether for a short visit or booked in advance, the staff has always been incredibly accommodating. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on—I even got the same mattress for my own home! They also allow pets without any extra fees. The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained, and they provide small cup holders and bags as well. Honestly, I can't say enough wonderful things about the Clarion.
You couldn't pay me to stay here. there are homeless who are scattered over the whole of the world, who are coworkers in the recipe (only technical we are absolutely treacherous. if they do not pay for abuse, they remain as far as possible from this place. Even the manager could not control their disgusting mouth. clarion should be ashamed to have her name on this site.
This hotel was amazing! It’s currently being renovated and I’m loving the new look! It’s huge and the rooms are very spacious. I can’t stress enough how much I loved this place. The staff made staying there even more great than it already was. From great pricing to great food to great atmosphere just all around great. Thank you so much again!
