I haven't been inside the restaurant, but the parking lot is large and not too busy, making it easy to find a spot. The service was fairly quick and the prices were slightly lower than Starbucks, with a much better taste. View all feedback.
What Birdie Nienow doesn't like about City Brew Coffee:
It is 5:48pm on a Tuesday afternoon and the doors are already locked. The open signs are displayed and the posted hours indicate that the restaurant should be open. View all feedback.
I am extremely disappointed with Brew City. The staff was rude, the tables were filthy, and the wait for our orders was unbearable. Our orders were also incorrect. I have held a few meetings here, only to be reminded of the time they closed, which was clearly only an hour away.

I love City Brew because their great coffee doesn't make me late for work in the mornings.
I have been spending around $50 a week at the West side location of City Brew, but today I was disappointed to find both the West side and East side locations closed at 5:30 am. After driving back to the West side location and waiting until 6:15 am, I was still unable to get my coffee. Despite seeing a staff member inside, they did not open up. I called the store and the man who answered was very rude when I expressed my frustration about the inconvenience and wasted gas. I asked for a free coffee as compensation, but he refused. I tried contacting the main office in Billings, but was unable to leave a message. Needless to say, I will not be returning to City Brew and will be taking my business to Starbucks instead.
City Brew offers large coffees that help me stay awake without making me late for work the next day.
