City Brew Coffee - Casper

The reviewer did not like City Brew Coffee. They found the drinks to lack originality and the black coffee to be horrible. They were disappointed as they were looking forward to having a good cup of coffee before a long drive. Their son ordered a flavored, sweetened drink that they found to be a monstrosity. The staff was not welcoming or friendly, and the reviewer felt they wasted their money on the drinks. Overall, they do not recommend City Brew Coffee.

The restaurant is small but has a bright, cheerful and energetic atmosphere. The staff were excellent, although they accidentally gave me the wrong sized drink. Even after I insisted it was fine, the server still came back and gave me the correct size.

The service at this restaurant has declined in the past year. I recently ordered two drinks and had to throw them out. It's disappointing, as I used to enjoy coming to this coffee shop.

I'm being employed and underoccupied, but that was a terrible first time experience. waited for over 30 minutes for a drink, which would have been good if I ever got confirmation that it was the right drink. my name was never called, but I saw that drink there after the person who had ordered before me got their drinks. I wanted to ask a worker twice if that was my drink, and she ignored me. I finally got to answer the other worker, but she didn't know and said she would ask the worker who ignored me when she was less busy. After I was there for so long and waited for a reply for 5 minutes, I finally took the drink and left. I am dissatisfied because it was a special order with mandible milk (my fiance can not have regular milk) so it was important that it was right. I opened the drink to see it and it wasn't even filled up. After I tasted the drink, it was clearly something minty, not the white chocolate **** I ordered. very disappointing for our first visit. it doesn't matter to me when someone is busy, but being ignored is not right. they feel like I was demolished after I paid $6 for the drink and had left a $1.50 tipp because I realized they were busy at the order.

My first time thriugh the City Brew drive through was great! I received a gift card and had to try it out. It was lunch time and I needed a drink and a snack. They have so many food options I didn't know about and even vegetarian plant based options! I highly reccomened the plant based sandwhich! The frappe was a little different tasting than I had expected, but because of the awesome super quick service, I will definitely be back to try something else! Only $10 for a sandhwhich and large drink. Thanks Jamie the other barista, I didn't catch her name!
