We ordered a pizza online for pick up at the given time. When we stood up for the pizza, we were told that we had to wait another 20 minutes. After 20 minutes we came back and were told again that we have to wait 15 minutes. The operator was a bit confused, it was obvious that he didn't know what to do before. But ok, it happens.
