Kfc - Casino

The restaurant opens at 10am, but when I arrived at 10:10am, the doors were already shut. Once inside, I noticed that the tables and floor were dirty. The toilets were disgusting, with paper littered all over the floor and the basin looking like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I complained to the staff at the counter, but based on years of reviews, it seems like they don't care. The food was average, which was disappointing considering they had just opened. It's important for the staff to clean up their business and ensure it is all sanitized every night at closing in preparation for the next day.

This was the best KFC I've had in a while. The chicken was hot and spicy, and the new team working there is doing their best. Keep up the great work, Casino!
