We stayed in this place on Sunday night. great welcome from the staff of room ready to meet with the smile every need. Let's start with a good wine kindly offered. on board of the staff of the room we take first and second of land and sea very good and we are amazed especially for the quality of raw materials oata. as sweet we leave the chef white paper, which delights us with a warm-hearted tortine with lambrusco ice cream. nice place treated in every detail. great for the evenings in company but also for more romantic dinners. We'll definitely come back.

I never had a better meal or a better look. borgo biancomatilde is located below the castle sarzano from the 10th century and has a breathtaking view of the Apennine Mountains. we enjoyed many dishes, including a classic, delicate cappelletti (tortellini) in chicken broth and auberginenparmesan (the cheese made the road on the latteria sociale san giorgio and mature for 24 months) and the most beautiful soft boiled egg with a red egg yolk and shaved truffles. I had never had a kale tempura before a green sheet looked like a little Christmas tree and this surprising dish was crispy and creamy. also the paccheri pasta with rabbit and venison medals with porcini mushroom were popular. for dessert we enjoyed Lambrusco ice cream and bianco mangiare yogurt, ricotta and mascarpone sprinkled with fresh berries. the friendly, knowledgeable staff recommended a glittering white spergola and red lambrusco, which were both refreshing and smooth to complement the meal beautifully. there is a beautiful terrace outside the dining room where we have observed the full moon rise over snow-covered mountains after our unforgettable meal. incredible!
