China House - Cashel

Ordered house special chow menu last night and to say it was discussing is being kind I would not even give it to the dog. This was part of a large order for 6 people of which the rest was acceptable

Ordered food for delivery from China House above Foxys tonight at 10.30 got a call from delivery driver at 11.06 he didn't know where lacey Square is he turned up about 4 mins later I paid 18 euro for food that was cold I rang China House and spoke to some idiot on the phone who all she did was say the food was cooked fresh and hot when it left there and it was the drivers fault who is a new driver and wasn't willing to do anything to rectify the situation we order from there about once a week and have never had a problem before I told her this and she just kept saying it was the drivers fault I told her I wasn't going to be ordering from them again and that I was going to put it up on facebook to which she replied that is fine so the moral of the story is don't order from them customer service is **** they certainly know how to lose customers

The service was poor. Starter 's served during main course. Food was cold and meat wasn 't fully cooked . The waitress*(Chinese was ingorant. Blaming the young irish watress .as orders were wrong. ... "she read the orders back to us !!! 6 people and not one happy belly !!! stay clear

Without a doubt a fantastic restaurant, lovely food and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Unreal! Nicest Chinese I had in a long time. Not many places do Singapore style rice and dose that do arnt able to cook it. My new favourite take away
