Manager decide lunch rush is the time to change batteries for the intercom. This is good for business making someone wait in drive thru 20 min and would y disclose manager name. As a customer seems shady and lacking accountability.. to the owner this manager lacks customer service, appropriate planning and staff management. Do yourself a favor and find better help for your business

They are not taking orders at 11pm so I can’t rate them for anything and google confirmed 4days ago for hours of operation.

After placing my order on the kiosk because there was not a soul to be seen, and I also had questions about my order that was not answered because customer service doesn't exist any more .They got my order wrong.I guess its hard to read a screen that says supreme instead of regular. so we need to go back to preschool to learn to read.not only that but the fact that you pay extra for the supreme and then not receive it.its pure incompetency
