Excellent service! Kind people! I’ve never ordered a custom donut until today ? 10/10 recommend!

Edited for Response: Sometimes, less really is best. You 've gone on about things not mentioned, and I 'm not sure why you felt so bothered by a 4 out 5 star rating. It 's mostly compliments followed by here 's what I didn 't like, which was items being subbed at full cost with lower cost items for seemingly no reason. Nobody tried to call to get my approval, so weird thing to add in, and it also wasn 't written on the box. It wasn 't an order on a Saturday or a Sunday, so another weird thing to add in. I checked your website 2 hours after I picked the order up, and the items still weren 't out of stock so that was definitely a lot longer than the 30 minutes you 've stated it takes to update your website. Sometimes, accidents do happen like giving me regular glazed instead of tiger without crediting back the difference. I 'm going to leave my rating as it stands at a 4, even though the response seems a bit over the top and really makes me question it. In addition, sorry you don 't like that my name on Google is satire, but there was an order placed with my full name as well the card entered with my full name, so it 's kind of rude to respond saying and here 's my real name. Also, you know nothing about people or their lived experiences, so you just never know what may keep someone from listing their full name on every single last thing on the internet... it 's unlikely we 'll cross paths again, but take care.First review: First time trying this place, and overall, I 'm glad we did. We ordered several different things that will take days to eat. The few things we 've had so far tasted good (strawberry strudel, apple strudel and glazed filled). These are superior to krispy kreme. It 's nice to see the area has a better place to choose from for fresh doughnuts. I wasn 't thrilled to see that some of the items were subbed on our order for other things they chose. I went to the site to check if it showed they were out of stock, and it didn 't. So I didn 't like that we paid for some items, and they replaced it with other items, and some were lower costs, but I didn 't receive the credit back either.. So, either way, we would try them again in the future, but I don 't think I 'd place an online order again.

We stopped by for the first time. Excellent customer service. Great selection. Fresh, delicious donuts.

Absolutely the best donuts in town. The breakfast sandwich donut melts in your mouth.

East Town Donuts, is a great place to get your donuts. Our church (Discovery Family Church) has been getting these here for the last year at least and they've always been great. Tony Grantham is usually who picks them up for DFC. Judith Grantham also works here. The donuts are pretty good quality and they are always so nice up here. Keep up the good work guys, We at Discovery Family Church hope to continue being a customer for a very long time. God bless
