When I visited, the draft lines were a... read more SpillAle is a small taproom belonging to an upstart local brewery. They offer ~5 draft beers, and numerous bottled beers. When I visited, the draft lines were all house beers. The selection of bottle split 50/50 between SpillAle's own and a well curated selection of craft beers from Italy, Belgium, the UK and US. I enjoyed the house brewed Italian Grape Ale (IGA) which delightfully blended the best qualities of both beer and redwine. Their espresso infused coffee imperial stout was thick, smooth, and robustly caffeinated. I also found their Simcoe American Pale ale to be the best pale ale or IPA I have tasted from a continental brewer. It was hoppy, crisp, clean and refreshing.

Posto superconsigliato per chi vuol bere una VERA birra in un posto intimo e scambiare 4 chiacchiere con bella gente.
