The place is very nice, but I was expecting a larger menu because not everyone in a pub gets a sandwich and there wasn't much choice. (Many things were included in the Sfizi category and as an alternative there is the Roman pinsa) The music was really loud and I had to scream for almost the whole evening to be heard...

Nothing to say about the food, a satisfactory variety of beers on tap and in bottles (even if the person taking the orders was unable to advise us on the choice) but the management of the tables was definitely not. Very long waits, you ask for chips and various treats before the sandwiches and then after 1.30 hours everything arrives together, we asked for 3 more beers at the table and only 1 arrives... and I could go on. In short, you should go there for the food but I expect that those who have invested a lot of money will improve the service and organization of the staff, we need people with more experience. I'll be back in a couple of months with the hope that the 3* will become 4 or 5!

As regards the food, we probably had a bad evening, in fact the various dishes brought were either not at the right temperature (the XXL frankfurter was served cold) or overcooked (the hamburger inside the sandwich was a a little too well cooked). The ingredients used appear to be good prerequisites for a probable improvement
