In my opinion, a pizzeria that only works as a takeaway cannot open reservations at 6pm. Taking the line on the weekend is a lottery, until 5.59pm no one answers, from 6.00pm the number is always busy. It would be enough to open reservations an hour before. The week following my review I tried to place an order using the site, result: order placed at 5.45pm and cancelled, obviously by them, by email at 6.30pm. “Sorry, your order could not be confirmed.” The cause? Our staff is TOO BUSY. Obviously, with a small child who is supposed to eat at a certain time, this becomes a problem.
