If you are a meatlover this is the paradise. Not sure if I have ever tasted such good products in Italy. And I have tasted plenty! Mauro is the person behind the meat and diary products. strange menu, with appetizers of cured meats, cheeses, tartare followed by a loin of pork and ribbed and then pour into a risotto followed by sweet and coffee. dishes prepared with food of their own production but the menu sequence is definitely heavy. the room too small for all those people, a tremendous stirring that hardens you to talk to other people. maybe better focus on quality, presentation and some less gues... Here you eat very well, without menu or various frills, you dine with what you propose. All very genuine, service included.
Good and genuine food, friendly staff and present for any eventuality. The only flaw is access to the restaurant if wrong entrance pass between the sheds is not beautiful. To try absolutely. To definitely come back.
