McDonald's - Cascades

Through the drive-thru and the pommes were cold and hard the brot on the sandwich was cold and hard the cheese did not melt. that was was wasted money and if I hadn't been in a hurry to come back home, I would have turned around to get my money back. Luckily, this is not a place I would visit again because it is not in my opposite, but bad service especially by drive-thru.

Had a pick-up order. they forgot the water, then I realized they forgot the whole happy food. I did it. I was too home and the half of the happy meal was missing, and they also wobbled and pickles on the Qtr-Peunder when we asked for nothing.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. There always seems to be a problem. If it’s not my order being wrong its the staff who seems to not want to work at night. I placed my mobile order in and arrived to McDonald’s. When I arrived the lady at the window tells me they only taking cash. I told her my mobile order was already in. She didn’t care and went back to talking on the phone to whoever. Keep in mind this is not the first time this happens. If the manager is anything like these worker then they should be fired ASAP for allowing this to happen. I want my money back!!!

You've got to work a lot harder when you're across the street from a Chick-fil-A. I waited 13 minutes for my food this morning and watched several other people have to pull up and wait as well.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Disgustingly rude staff. Including the store manager. Absolutely awful. They will tell you you’re wrong on your order when they mess up. Horrendous. Don’t come here.
