Pizza Hut - Cascade-Fairwood

The pizza dough wasn't the same as the deep dish used to be. It looked like rolled out dough and didn't look cooked in a deep dish. The dough was not golden and crispy on the bottom and sides. It tasted okay, but I was really disappointed, especially for what I paid for it.

Worst pizza I have EVER RECIEVED FROM ANYWHERE. I want to post a picture it is terrible . And I talked to the manager and of course all they could say was I am sorry , the pizza looks like someone chewed it up and spit it out . DisgustingDo not go here .....And I better get my refund on my card in 3-5 days. I kept my reciept and have a Picture of this terrible product sent out of the store , yuck ?

This is my go to Pizza Hut since I don't live far. I don't have any issues with this location. Today I decided to write a 5 star review because they actually made a hand tossed pizza but I ordered a stuffed crust. I called when I got home to let them know they made the wrong crust and the manager, Hannah apologized and remade the pizza. I picked it up and she offered a 2 liter on top of the pizza as a sincere apology. I declined the pizza but took a cheese and pepper shake. It makes a huge difference when good service takes place. Thank you Hannah! Side note, I used to work for a pizza place for 6 years and was a manager myself for a long time so I know what they actually go through at pizza places.

We won't order through you guys again. Door dash delivered the pizza. You guys fired drivers for more profit. No more pizza hut.

Pizza was ready super fast, was hot and great layer of toppings!
