Ordered pick up. Good pho! I enjoy the broth! I only put half the noodles in because I enjoy drinking a lot of the broth. Incredibly nice staff! The woman who greeted me was incredibly sweet. I ordered the brisket pho and my guy ordered the special chicken pho. Only sad thing was they ran out of chicken heart and gizzard by the time we got there which was a bummer. The cook came out to apologize and let me know they... View all feedback.
What Sofia K doesn't like about Pho Joe's:
The restaurant and service itself here is pleasant!! But the pho...sadly not so much, their brisket pho broth is lowkey bland the beef quality left something to be desired~ their Vietnamese ice coffee is also extra heavy if you like that?!! $19ish for pho+iced coffee here is steep for the quality. It's Pho! Great to have on a cold winter day or in the spring after back to back baseball games! Give them a try.

I ordered the brisket pho and my guy ordered the special chicken pho. Only sad thing was they ran out of chicken heart and gizzard by the time we got there which was a bummer. The cook came out to apologize and let me know they compensated for the loss by adding more chicken which was incredibly kind and personable. My guy liked how the chicken for the dish had some skin on it. Everything we had was great ha ^ ^

Located in a small strip mall in the Renton Highlands. Recently opened. Not much in the way of decor, it is pretty stark. Need to add some decorations and color as it feels a little like a bare cafeteria. The place was clean. They do have a large menu to choose from, not just pho. The offered lemongrass chicken with rice and several other dishes. There were several other diners, 10 or so, always a good sign. We were seated quickly and given menus right away. Our order was taken at just the right time. They brought us a pot of complimentary tea. We ordered 2 Tofu pho with Chicken broth. I really like that they give you the option of beef or chicken since I don't eat beef. We only waited about 6-7 minutes for our soup. It was served hot, although I like mine steaming, and had a very good flavor. The veggies were fresh, but I would have liked to have had a few more, and crunchy. Noodles were cooked properly but again I would have liked a bit more. Seems like a little less than other pho places. Came with a sprig of basil, jalapenos, bean sprouts. Plenty of hot sauce fish sauce and hot oil on the table. It was a good sized bowl for the price of $11.00. We were not offered water and did not order anything else. Our server never came back to check on us, it would have been nice, but we did not need anything so okay this time.
