Good service and tasty meal. Plenty of seating. Street parking.

These people are absolute failures. Always check your orders. Intentionally drops one of my sandwiches and most of the orders are wrong/missing ingredients. When I went back, they knew which of the order was missing without looking in the bag. They then proceeded to make the missing sandwich after my complaint (so they didn’t even bother to make it in the first place).I’m not saying they are dumb, they just don’t care which is worse in my opinion. There is no point in going to this location or even tipping when you know your money is wasted.

Traveler. I have a panera membership; eat , work and have the same muffin/tea order daily.First time at this cafe They refused to warm and slice my muffin even though every other cafe I’ve visited in several states have. I buy a muffin at a cafe everyday because I want it presented warm.They did not give me a cup for tea, after asking for one, hot water was empty. I only ordered two simple items and they fumbled on both. I get the same items daily in different locations because it seemed impossible to mess it up.This also is not the cleanest or most orderly location.I cut my visit short after I eventually got my tea.Wouldnt recommend and wouldnt return.

DO NOT DOOR DASH AND BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR PICKUP ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING!!!Every time I order either for pickup or door dash, an entre is missing from my order. Not a side item or add-on, but a full-price $10+ item. They do not check before packing and sealing the bags.
