Really disappointed. Very rude waiter. Rice and steak was flavorless. Came in with 3 people (myself and kids) as we waited for 2 more (mom/kid). There were two checks as we are two different families. We were both charged gratuity….. Very scammy and deceitful location. Stay away from Renton location. View all feedback.
It was ok. I feel there wasn't a lot of flavor to the food.Was a nice place inside and the staff was friendly.
They are clearly still working on getting this new location up running but were able to provide good food fun. Loved the calamari shrimp combo! Others in our party liked their steak fried rice. We will try it again soon. Please turn on the heat though...we wore our jackets the whole time.
Pricey, but, great food and Randy was a lot of fun! We'll be back!
The food and the time spent with the chef was fantastic. Super entertaining and did a great job on our meals. The waiter, was just the worst. We sat down at 7:56, got our drinks at 8:44. He also completely forgot our appetizers and never checked on us to see if we needed more drinks or water refills. This person is in serious need of some training, as is the management for allowing this to happen. If I owned this restaurant I would be really frustrated to have gotten so many things right and had it all fall apart part over someone who just doesn’t seem to care about doing their job well. This is one of the many problems with robbing wait staff of their tips so you can charge a mandatory 18% gratuity (service charge). When you have a real tipping system, waiters make less when they preform poorly, and more when they perform well. This encourages them to do a better job. It’s more important to this restaurant to avoid actually paying the required minimum wage by folding in the gratuity to the waiters’ pay. This is ultimately a leadership issue.
