Remington's - Cascade

I took a trip to Cascade for dinner and wanted to experience something different, so I made a reservation at this restaurant. The ambiance was lovely and the place was spotless. The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. I really appreciated the open kitchen concept. They're closing the doors at the end of the month, so best of luck to everyone involved!

Without a doubt, this is the best steak I've ever had. Everything is absolutely fantastic. I was in the United States, and this place is simply incredible. Don't forget to save room for dessert, as the service is always excellent!

The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is stylish. It's truly exciting to have such a high-end restaurant in Cascade.

If you love the Brick 29 in Nampa (which you should) you'll love Remingtons. Owned by two chef's which are husband and wife that compliment each others skill set. -Menu changes every few months -Prices are great for fine dining -Deserts are amazing -Meatloaf is the bomb. Really hope it comes back soon and yes I said meatloaf with fine dining; it's really that good -Food is fresh and that's not easy in Cascade -Great nightly specials -Make a later reservation and enjoy chatting with staff and owners They should host some cooking classes on Sunday evenings hint hint
