We all ha... read more Heard good things about Remington's. We had some time before a meeting at Tamarack. I don't think I'll ever be able to pass this place up from now on. We all had something from the burger portion of the menu and everyone loved their choice. Might have to stop in for dinner later tonight. This Cascade dining done right. Way to Remington's.

Great food, atmosphere, kind happy face serving you and pristine bathrooms that are second to none. Kelli was so informative in telling us about the area as this was our first visit to Cascade. We will be back! Great place to make a pitstop if traveling through. We will spend more time and enjoy dinner next time. Great place

We called ahead to make... read more This dining experience ranged the entire spectrum, so I'm in a bit of a quandary on determining a solid rating, but I'm going with A OK. We called ahead to make reservations, and I'm glad we did. A large party was seated at 6:00, so we planned on dinner at 7:30. Once we arrived and were seated, we received menus and waters, and then waited another 20 minutes to be greeted by our server. After this delay, though, the service was good. For the meal, my dining companion ordered a steak with garlic mashed potatoes and mac n' cheese. I had to try the sides as they sounded delicious. They were both bland, though, and the mac was dry. When I asked how the steak was, I received a shrug of the shoulders and a comment on excessive charring not the most glowing recommendation. I ordered the bison burger topped with bacon, brie, and an apple slaw on a ciabatta bun. It was absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection, and oh so delicious. It came with jalapeno onion petals on the side (fancy onion rings), which could receive another shrug of the shoulders. We ended the meal with dessert, a soft and delicious brownie served over vanilla ice cream and topped with whipped cream, which was a hit. So at the end of the evening, everything kind of balanced out, but not enough to try again.

Foo... read more Took the wife on a little get away to Cascade. Wanted to do something out of the norm so I made a reservation for dinner here. The place was nice and clean. Food was outstanding. Service was top notch. Liked the open kitchen. Totally bummed to here theyare closing the doors for good at the end of the month. Best of luck to you all!!!
