My husband went to the angus on 8/12/23 and ordered 1 pack of cigarettes. Gave the lady/cashier the money and she brought back 2. He stated he only ordered one... read more My husband went to the angus on 8/12/23 and ordered 1 pack of cigarettes. Gave the lady/cashier the money and she brought back 2. He stated he only ordered one pack yet already charged him for the 2) she stated she couldn’t refund him. ok fine whatever, no big deal). Then today 8/13/23 the next day) he orders 1 pint. She shows him 2 to pick from which he does choose one, gives her the money and AGAIN charges him TWICE before even asking if he wanted one or the other OR BOTH. Then states again she can’t give him a refund! What kind of business is this? Tried to give the benefit of the doubt but this is ridiculous how can you not refund a paying customer???? Not to mention she was so rude about it! When we asked politely for a refund thinking she may have misunderstood.

They will come over and serve the people right next to you and walk away without even checking to see if you need anything and it happens all the time. They will watch you walk in and they will visit with other customers and totally ignore you while laughing and screeching loudly and cranking up the music so loud during the afternoon it’s miserable
