A Spelunca - Casaglione

Je suis japonais. J’ai visité A Spelunca avec ma famille. Nous avons mangé «Chirashi Sushi Mix.» C’était très bon. Je regardais lorsque le cuisinier (un jeune homme français) tranchait thons, saumons et crevettes par le couteau japonais. Il pouvait l’utiliser excellent. Nous sommes très content parce que nous avons pu rencontrer le cuisinier comme lui. À propos, une pizza faite à la main était très délicieux. Et le serveur était très gentil. Merci beaucoup. I am a Japanese man. I stopped by A Spelunca with my family to have a dinner. We ate “Chirashi Sushi Mix.” It was so good. I looked at a cook (a young French man) when he was slicing tuna, salmon, and shrimp by a Japanese style carving knife. He could use it very well. I asked him whether he has worked in Japanese restaurant or not. He said, never but I am always interested in Japanese cuisine so that someday I will go to Tokyo to learn real one. We were so glad that we could meet the cook like him. By the way, handmade pizzas were excellent. Moreover a waiter was so polite and kind. You will love them. Thank you very much.

Excellent, well-filled pizzas and the products are fresh! Our top 3 from Corsica. The staff takes great care. The terrace is friendly and very pleasant. I recommend again and again.

Eaten well at midday in the shade of the Mulberry trees. Alright. On the other hand, the pizzas are too garnished, and a little greasy, it is difficult to finish them for a dinner that is too heavy. It's not the crowd. 2 visits and no more than 6/7 customers each time! Good welcome.

Nous avons commandé des pizzas à emporter. Le prix est un peu élevé et il y a peu de garniture. La terrasse est agréable pour manger sur place, l'accueil est bon et le restaurant ouvre à 19h. Il y a un parking gratuit sur place. La pâte à pizza est très fine, la pizza margherita ne contient que de la mozzarella, tandis que les autres pizzas contiennent de l'emmental et un peu de mozzarella.
