I'm running out of things to try at this location. Salmon is jerky, 8 oz filet medium rare is impossible to get in Casa Grande. Medium well is the best they can do. OH but they will make up for it with a horrible greasy onion appetizer. Their Prime Rib is a low grade of beef that is tough and chewy even when medium rare.
