In my last two visits, I encountered issues with the coleslaw and the hush puppies. The staff didn't communicate with us while we were ordering, assuming we had no questions. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to poor service. View all feedback.

Not cool called to ask what time they were open until they told me 12 am I told them I am looking forward to having long John silver's fish drove 50 miles just to be told they closed Long John silver part at 10. Nice touch to see the workers eating fish after shortly after 10:00 and good to know they had a bunch made as I could see as I drove by the drive thru in disappointment.
I can 't count how many times I have gotten squishy undercooked fish and chicken here. Also the freeze drinks never have the creme swirl. They are also taking advantage of the inflation like most restaurants in town.
We normally stop at this location every time we are passing through Casa Grand. This visit was not the best, the parking lot was filled with trash, the lobby was extremely dirty and the floor was wet with NO wet floor signs and NOTHING was stocked. Behind the counter was littered with trash and old food on the floors. The prep area was filthy! The front counter cashier told us they did not have a majority of our requests available.
Very hot fresh food. Our cashier, Yvette C (according to our receipt), was very polite and patient. Thanks Yvette!
