This is by far the best oyster bar in the district. Shucker's in the Weckwald shouldn't even make the list because they placed stands where they used to scrub oysters in front of you. And 42 Street oyster bar is good, but is too crowded and tasty dab in the middle of downtown... Schnaukel is kind of like a small bar that also makes oysters... Nothing like Tonys! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tony's Oyster:
I went there last night to see her opening with Covid-19 and very disappointed and I usually love Tony's. There was a line because only half can go in. 3 persons wearing the mask and not distance themselves. The man at the door was rude, a girl in two people behind me when I said I was alone. Well, I'm going in and packed like last year and no one wears a mask except me. No tables were separated and the bar and packe... View all feedback.

Well, I'm going in and packed like last year and no one wears a mask except me. No tables were separated and the bar and packed everywhere. I went out and said too full that you can get all Covid-19, but I'm not. I love Tony's was there every weekend before I turn off. This is the whole real Biden could make another shutdown.

Some of the best and most affordable seafood in Raleigh.... Not to mention that the atmosphere and setup at the raw bar is a good time! We started with muted oysters who come with the best Cole Slav I've ever had (might sound like a strange combo, but you have to try it! . Someone else ordered the nachos and they were HUGE and full taste. For Entrees we ordered salmon, which was simply perfectly cooked and seasoned, a surf and Rasenburger, crabbon and shrimp. There were no complaints and no one was hungry! Jeff was our server and the service couldn't be beaten. Can not wait to go back and try the other items on their menu (i.e.: Shrimps
Food and service was not horrible, but not good either. Floors and tables sticky and we just felt gross sitting there. Entire place needs some deep cleaning. Server was excellent though!!! For the money I would go somewhere else.
