we only ate it after we brought it home. but the drive-thru was actually not busy at the moment that we were there, and the workers were very friendly and they took their order and my only note is that they did not contain serviettes or a knife and fork in the packaging of our two great breakfast items we ordered, still contain them sugar or cream or a spoon for the coffee. Mcdonald’s, but in the usa. they have mcrib. no breakfast all day. the app of my mcdonald does not work in the usa. clean. atmosphere: 4/5
Fairly quick and efficient, considering the amount of people in line. I was concerned with using a kiosk instead of waiting in lin for a real person. It was The first time I used the kiosk indoors. It asks for a login and I was without an app on my phone. I then realized you can do it without the phone. It was too crowded for me to stay so I ended up taking it to go. I did learn that I no longer need that time consuming app just to find a good deal and check out. The kiosk was much faster for me than that!
I ordered two large caramel iced coffees and they gave me one with creamer and no flavor at all and one with no creamer no flavor and tasted like burn coffee.Food: 1/5

This is the WORST McDonald's in Cary! The staff moves at a snails pace,and I've had wrong orders 3 times in the past week. You can see the fustration on the customer's eyes; as soon as you walk in the dining room. There was a spilled sundae on the floor,and management made zero efforts to pick it up.Do yourself a favor if your in Cary...go to the McDonald's in Morisville. Your experience will be much better.
