With only four o... read more I really enjoy the drinks and ambiance at Dram Draught, but my experience today was disappointing due to the bartender's lack of attentiveness. With only four other patrons in the bar, I expected better service. After I ordered a drink and dessert, she didn’t check on me for about 30 minutes, even though I was sitting right at the bar. She kept avoiding eye contact and focused on other customers. Eventually, she asked if I was okay, and I ordered another drink. When it arrived, it came without a straw, and I waited another 15 minutes for her to return, but she never did. I ended up having to reach over to grab a straw myself. Overall, the inattentive service significantly impacted my experience. Additionally, I noticed an admin charge on my receipt along with the regular taxes. I left much earlier than planned and missed out on enjoying more drinks. Food: 4, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 3.
