Chick-fil-a - Cary

I usually make a mobile pickup here, because this place seems always busy. I've had no failure for my orders so far, and everyone is pretty cold working here. Sometimes they forget a sauce or napkins, but this is not the end of the world.

This Chick fil A is very clean and the associates are spot on getting your order out quickly. We enjoyed a great meal as well as a great time in our get together with our friends. Its means of egress is easily accessible as well.

Fries were fresh, but my cookie was very cold when it?s supposed to be warm. I wanted a large fruit bowl but the guy told me they only had small and medium, so I got a medium. But then I received it and the fruit bowl was soooooo small! At another chik fil a they gave me a large bowl of fruit with no problem and they hooked me up! Sadly, this location did not.

After a long rainy day of work I decided to get some dinner and received the best customer service experience I had in a long time. Cameron was outstanding when he placed my order. Very detailed and respectful. He also answered all questions that I asked. He was exceptional!!! Thanks Cam you?re the Best!!! Every time I come back I will ask for Cam?. By the way Sarid the manager is awesome as well!!!

Things here are usually great and I come very often but this is the 2nd time in a row that a loyal customer gets treated with half filled fries. Is this seriously a large fry? I think it's time to switch locations. I can't risk a 3rd time.
