SO GOOD!!! I love Boston Market. The food is ALWAYS so good and the employees have ALWAYS been so generous and polite. I even noticed the employees at this location checking on everyone in the lobby and carrying the food to customer tables. Amazing! View all feedback.

Ordered my thanksgiving meal three weeks in advance went to pick up order and I got nothing.No one at the store knew what to do. They couldn’t tell me in my order was in. The manager was not there to answer for the chaos.Other folks orders also were not filled that day. I went to her drive to get food for my child. I hired my order and the first thing I was told were ma’am kinder meals for children 12 and below, I informed him that I ordered for my child when I came into the window to pay he took my card then when he had my meal, only because I had not my child with me, he said well I hope her child enjoys the meal, with an employment, I informed him that I had the child. he was evil and rude.
Was always extra nice. amazing people. great service. in comparison to the other locations in raleigh, this is only absolutely amazing every time.
I gave up an appointment on Monday. when I get to the location, I find out it's closed. there are signs everywhere that say "closed on Monday". I don't have a refund or something. I drove 40 minutes to the next place, just to find out that they are not even open. not even a call that asks if I wanted it on Tuesday (what I didn't do), but just to know that they actually get it. there is no message on the website or google. I'm just really confused and upset because this is in the regular my one time in the year visit.
We used activemenu to order our food. it was easy to use. the team that compiled the order was thoughtful and friendly. thank you for eating well!
They aren’t paying their workers enough or keeping the place staffed. I waited for over an hour to pick up a prepaid order, and had to go through the drive-through to do it. The food is decent, but they’re going to go out of business if they can’t treat their workers well enough to maintain decent service.
