Santoro's Pizza - Carver

When we got there, I could see the man from my car, and there was no one else in the restaurant—just him. While it might have been busy with phone orders, it appeared quiet inside. My husband waited for about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging him. Finally, the cook asked for his order, but when he mentioned it, they said they had no record of it. The girl then asked him again for the order details, and once more, there was no order in their system. They suggested he wait, and my husband returned to the car to explain the situation to me. Feeling we had waited long enough, I checked my phone and confirmed that I had called them at 5:40. I got out of the car to show them the call log. Instead of apologizing, they suddenly claimed not to recognize their own phone number. I dialed their number again, and they insisted they weren't sure it was theirs. I continued to call just to make my point. Eventually, the man said they could prepare our food if we waited, while the girl asked for our order again, for the third time. At that point, I decided to leave, expressing my disappointment and saying I would no longer come back. It's unfortunate because I have been a loyal customer for years, but the lack of interest from the staff was evident. If they don't want to be there, maybe they shouldn't work in customer service. Overall, this was a very poor experience for a long-time customer.

I ordered two large meatball grinders, and it was a complete disappointment. They took three meatballs, cut them in half, and called it a "large." For $10.50 plus tax, that's just ridiculous. I won't be going back. I noticed other customers mentioning the same issue, and my grinders should have had whole meatballs from one end to the other. How cheap can they be?

The staff here is very reliable, and the restaurant is well-maintained as a family-run business. There's a liquor store right next door and Cumberland Farms just a couple of doors down.

No complaints about the food. I usually order a small cheese pizza and maybe a diet coke and it?s pretty good. My only issue is that the delivery wait times vary. I could wait 30 minutes and it would get here. Sometimes an hour and a half. Then there wasthe time I waited 3 hours and had to call and ask where it was. Only other thing was last time I ordered I gave the money andthey said it was like $16 something. I gave them a $20 and didn?t get change. I was just taken aback but a little under $4 isn?ta huge difference. I still order from there because as long as I get food, I?m happy. As a matter of fact I?m gonna go ordermyself something right now.

Ordered cheese pizza chicken tenders meal and grilled chicken salad. To start the phone call when ordering should of been enough to know not to order from there but they had decent reviews. The lady sounded like she was nodding out on the phone when I gotthere made perfect sense after seeing her appearance she was clearly on drugs. The food was absolutely disgusting on top of itthe chicken tenders tasted like dirty old grease like they have not changed the fryer in awhile. The pizza had whole leaves ofbasil I believe on it under the cheese and was horrible the crust was extra greasy as well. The grilled chicken salad was okwith the exception of the huge chunks of chicken either strips or cut smaller please. 43 dollars for a small cheese pizzachicken tender and chicken salad?
