This small Dunkin' Donuts is located right next to Carver Elementary School and is perfect for on-the-go visits. When I stopped by, it was quite busy, but I still received my order in no time. However, I noticed that the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and uncomfortable, which was concerning. On a positive note, the food is excellent and you can pick it up quickly, especially if you're parked just a short distance fro... View all feedback.
What Haleigh Kilback doesn't like about Dunkin':
Extremely rude clerk at drive through on Sunday at 11:00 am. Gave a 90 cent tip before she snapped at me when I mentioned I was also waiting for another iced coffee. Wished I did not give any tip at all for that type of service. View all feedback.
Despite the limited staff, this Dunkin' on Cranberry Highway has a friendly team that consistently provides excellent service, even during busy hours.
The Carver Dunkin Donuts is my favorite. They are always very nice and always apologetic when the lines are long. A person doesn't mind waiting.
The personal is terrible. I was asked to wait a moment on the auto-dru speaker, I did. a few minutes later the woman came back with “uh... they are all set orrrrr....” I said: “No, you asked me to wait. I received a mobile order.” she asked about my name, I gave it to her and she answered with “yes, we didn’t have the bagel so....” I asked: “You didn’t have any bagels?” and was hit with more imagination, as she said: “we don’t have any plain bagels.” I asked if she could simply take it out of order, and she said: “they can call them but no.” they did not even apologize for it or offered a substitution. I finally had to ask her what I could replace it and listed her bagels clearly annoyed. I took another, also annoyed at this place, and she reacted with “ok”. then went quiet. I sat there for about 30 seconds waiting for her to tell me if I was all set, I even said at one point: "I'm good?," when she came back with "are they going to the window?! I came into the window and when it opened, I heard that the first woman mumbling me inside spoke. the woman in the window asked if I had only coffee before I could even answer that she told me to have a great day and close the window. I explained no and tried to tell her what else I had, but she immediately spoke louder about me every time I tried to speak. then she closed the window in my face when I tried to speak. she put a bag over and pushed her out of the window and went without saying to close, I saw through the bag to make sure that I had everything and she opened it again I had not left, I pointed out that I had a donut I ordered that was not in the bag, she rolled her eyes, asked what kind and went away. When she came back, she opened the window like a customs and a half and jammed my donut through the window that crushed it into small pieces. while we wait on the donut, we discovered that they were not my bagel, which was ordered as a roasted bagel with butterbrei, I was cut a stale bagel in the half with literally frozen butter packages. After the donut was crushed, I said: “So you just want to ruin my whole job?” and she cried to go and I’m pretty sure I called me an inappropriate name. after leaving we discovered that a coffee was made very clear with spoiled cream, it was disgusting and raw foul. the other was only rough. I contacted customer service and received an e-mail from the owner of this place, which in the ground said “berry, we will talk to them.” and that was it, no one took care of the unbearable quality of the feeds and drinks or how terrible the employees were. there are dozens of dunkin sites in general, each of them would be better than this. avoid it at all costs, I will pass by this to move elsewhere.
I would give zero if you could. No bagels, No croissants, hash browns inedible burned black. If I had checked my bag I would have taken my back. Absolutely ridiculous
These people work very hard to keep you happy which is hard to do in the morning.
