The Big Cedar Lodge offers a stunning view and a variety of enjoyable activities to participate in. The convenient shuttles made it easy to move from one place to another. There was so much to do that we wished we had another week to experience it all. Everyone had a great time. View all feedback.

I really enjoyed my stay at this fantastic resort. The pools and restaurants were amazing. However, I was disappointed by the uncomfortable beds and pillows. Typically, when staying at a beautiful place, the beds are luxurious, but that was not the case here. Additionally, the tree where I parked my car stained my white 2022 Audi Q5. In 1988, we started vacationing at BCL with our two young boys during the summer and fall. We loved it back then for its charm and fun experiences, despite there being fewer activities and less development. We enjoyed horseback riding, renting a pontoon boat on Table Rock lake, and swimming off the boat. This July, 2022, we returned to celebrate our anniversary. The resort has since grown into a large complex, offering various amenities such as the Osage and Devil’s Pool restaurants. The shuttle service was convenient, as the property is now more difficult to navigate. However, the condition of our room was disappointing, with worn-out furnishings, poor lighting, and even blood stains on the duvet. The bathroom was also lacking, with a strange combination tub/shower that was not practical for us. Although we appreciated the gesture of a card and cake for our anniversary, there were some inaccuracies. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and may consider returning in the future.

Typically, when staying at a beautiful place, the beds are luxurious, but that was not the case here. Additionally, the tree where I parked my car stained my white 2022 Audi Q5. Despite several attempts, the stain would not come off with a regular car wash and I had to get it professionally cleaned for $325. Unfortunately, I received no response from Big Cedar regarding my complaint about the damage to my car.

The first time at the lodge and after Missouri. drove from new mexico for the holiday and we were not disappointed. that was impressive and the staff was so helpful and pleasant! I loved all the details of the decoration in the cabin and around the being, the snacks, etc., plus the available activities meant something for everyone. the personal was so nice and accommodating to make sure we had a good trip. my daughter began to feel faint ohr coming, and the recipe told me to go to the shop where she had already held ear drops and swim earplugs for me at the writing. my son had recently returned an operation and the pull-out couch was unpleasant for him, so they brought him a rollaway bed. thanks to the great staff!
That was my first trip to the big cedar lodge and I was very excited to go. the resort is nice and there is something to do for everyone! the biggest problem I had with the place was the personal. my first impression after the natural beauty was how bad this place is. the lady who checked us was extremely rude and not helpful, unfortunately this was not an isolated experience in the resort. in contrast to this, the golf clubs are excellent!
