What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
order online at 11 o'clock for a pick-up at 6. it is 6:50 o'clock and I have no pizza or refund. employees don't wear nameplates or share their names....only grin and go away. I already had bad services, but that was on a new life View all feedback.
This place has went downhill. Over the past couple of months, I have ordered from here about 4 times and it’s been undercooked every time. They must have the oven too high because the pizza has not been done, the cheese is melted and the bottom looks done but there’s a layer of dough that is uncooked directly under the sauce.
Couldn't get orders right nor remember what you had ordered and food was really greasy and not cooked the way it should have been
The food was perfect. The quality and the taste was fantastic! The young man that waited on me at the drive through was very friendly and courteous. 5 stars all the way!!
I've ordered over the phone many times. I asked what the specials where everytime. But I called to do what I always do and the guy tells me they don't do specials over the phone or in store. Only online. When I asked to speak to the manager he said order online or don't order
