Estes Thai offers a variety of vegan dishes, and the server was knowledgeable about vegan options. We tried the egg rolls which were delicious and crispy, filled with vegetables and thin noodles, and served with a tasty sweet-and-sour dipping sauce. My child ordered the Phad Thai without egg and it was flavorful, though not the best we've had. The well-cooked tofu stood out in the dish. I had the panang curry with tofu which was flavorful and perfectly cooked, though it could use more vegetables. Despite some disorganization with the busy restaurant, the food was excellent overall. With a wide selection of vegan options, it is definitely worth a visit.

I ordered fried rice and noodles. Asked for vegan but got eggs in it. They graciously remade it without eggs. So you need to explain what vegan means or ask for vegetarian with no eggs. But on top of that, I wonder if it really is vegetarian. Do they know oysters aren't vegetarian? Do they care enough to check the ingredients? My experience suggests it is doubtful. On top of that, they forgot about my order for 30 minutes and made it once I asked how things were going. The food was really bland but it had unique mushrooms and the tofu was good. Went in with great hope, left feeling discouraged. Estes Park now has few vegan options. Updated from previous review on 2022-03-04

Since moving to Estes Park, I have dined at this restaurant nearly every week. The staff is friendly, the Thai food is great (considering the location), and you even have a chance to spot elk lounging around. Most items can be prepared vegan-friendly as well.

This restaurant is excellent for Thai cuisine! They are very flexible with substitutions. We ordered the pad Thai without egg and they were more than happy to make the change.

My order was also forgotten for 30 minutes and when it finally arrived, it was hurriedly prepared. The dining area was not very clean, but the dish did have interesting mushrooms and tasty tofu. Despite some positives, I left feeling a bit disheartened. On a brighter note, it seems that Esoterik Park now offers some vegan options according to a recent review. (Updated on 2022-03-04)
