I mobile order once a week for lunch during work. I have always loved Tropical Smoothie because of the real ingredients and customization options. The Carthage site is great. Always friendly, fast and my order was never wrong. I had to write a review this time because when I got my mobile order (a Dragonfruit smoothie) an employee had pulled this fantastic dragon on my cup. It's such a little thing, but it really did... What a m doesn't like about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
I have never walked out of a place with such disappointment in my life. Simply wanted to enjoy my birthday morning, grab a smoothie and go. Was immediately judged and told to leave when I refused to show a fake service dog card for my REAL SERVICE ANIMAL. They were so nice, energetic, funny and patient bc let me say that we were asking so many questions and so confusing when we ordered. they were anxious and food was fast and tasty! if I could give them 6 stars I would:
Oh the Mocha Madness... My only complaint is that they aren't open 24/7. If you go, don't stop at a smoothie because the food is pretty good as well.
