What User likes about Smokie's Rib Shack:
I recently tried the best ribs I have ever eaten at this restaurant. They are even better than Chili's, which is saying a lot. The owner, Robert, informed me that they moved from Sevierville, TN to Carthage. I will definitely miss them and their delicious food at Smokies! View all feedback. I got ribs fries baked beans and a biscuit. Husband got ribs fries slaw and biscuit. We were not a fan of the biscuit. Would have enjoyed corn bread with our ribs. The baked beans were great. My husband liked the slaw (vinegar based). Though Im not a fan of dry rub ribs, my husband liked them. I enjoyed the very mild sauce I ordered on the side. I may try this place again and try their pulled pork or soul food. View all feedback.
