Rooted Drifter - Carthage

We came here one night to watch football. I was very impressed with how clean the bar was. There was no stale beer smell that you usually smell in local bars. Mandy the bartender was a ball of energy with an infectious smile and personality. She seemed to know everyone who came in. We ordered wings and flower cups. Both plates were super size and delicious. Our food was served fast and hot. I believe this will become one of our most popular local hangouts in the future. My only negative thing I have to say about this place is that we cannot connect to the Wi-if.

This place is my favorite of all Jefferson district, beautiful atmosphere, very clean, and now with a welcoming new staff! The bathrooms are always clean, which is a plus for me, the selection of foods is great!!! The hot wings with the horror sauce are the bomb! This has a family atmosphere in the late afternoon and great music and people in the evening. I feel very welcome and very safe to go there my Husband loves the live bands! Go to Hanna, Jess, Nelly and Ofcourse Shane! Thank you for making my home away from home!

Great atmosphere. Taco Night on Monday $2.00 Tacos are delicious. The rest of the menu is over par, by far. Many rooms with a few TVs for sports. Bartenders friendly and attentive can even get a free drink if you are lucky!!!

Great atmosphere, Mandy is the best staff and always welcomes my name and tells me if my favorite season beer is still in stock. The food is really great! Get the tacos on Monday and burgers every other day:

Best food around. Seriously. They have local meat in the burgers. I always get the maple bacon burger. They have a lot of different craft beers for every different kind of beer lover. Outdoor dining/drinking area is really nice. They even have some fireplaces outside so you can enjoy some warmth on a cold night. Great to sit around with friends and enjoy a beer. Don't have any friends? Enjoy the beer then!
