It's decent. Honestly, I was afraid of a Japanese place ready to open the store in the less than impressive city of Carthage. Your Hibachi is really pretty good. I was here several times, and every time the service was very good and people were polite. But your sushi is not impressive. On one occasion I ordered Sushi, it was warm when I got it.
