When I arrived at 5:45 PM, they hadn't even started preparing my order. After waiting, I finally got home only to discover that I received three chicken sandwiches—with no chicken in them, just buns with pickles! How could anyone overlook that? I called the restaurant, but they told me they couldn't provide a refund because it was through a third party. This meant I had to drive 10 miles back to the restaurant, where they offered me an extra chicken sandwich as compensation. I've never encountered such incompetence before.
