I placed my order through the mobile app, which indicated it would be ready by 5:36 PM. When I arrived at 5:45 PM, they hadn't even started preparing my order. After waiting, I finally got home only to discover that I received three chicken sandwiches—with no chicken in them, just buns with pickles! How could anyone overlook that? I called the restaurant, but they told me they couldn't provide a refund because it was through a third party. This meant I had to drive 10 miles back to the restaurant, where they offered me an extra chicken sandwich as compensation. I've never encountered such incompetence before.
The lobby closed 30 minutes early, leaving everyone unable to pick up their food. Our to-go order was supposed to be ready at 6:30, but we ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes to receive it.
