I received a dried-out burger... read more This restaurant lacks customer service skills. Although the food seemed to be prepared when I ordered, it was anything but fresh. I received a dried-out burger on a stale bun, greasy chicken that was anything but crispy, and cold, soggy fries. The kitchen staff were shouting at each other instead of focusing on food preparation. There were more employees than customers, and it's clear why.
