**Service and Quality Struggles at Casey's"
At Casey's, customer experiences vary dramatically, with reports highlighting both disappointing service and quality offerings. Many patrons express frustration over long wait times for orders, particularly when pre-ordered items are not prepared upon arrival. Instances of unprofessional staff interactions further exacerbate these issues, leaving customers feeling undervalued. However, a silver lining exists in their diverse menu, featuring reasonably priced items and a recently introduced soft serve ice cream. Despite the promise of delicious pizza, ongoing service inconsistencies lead some regulars to reconsider their loyalty to this location, seeking more reliable alternatives.

I tried to fill up with 20 gallons of gas, but it seemed like the attendant was having a bad day and didn’t do it correctly. After trying three times and being told to switch pumps, it still didn’t work. When I went inside to ask for a refund, the employee raised his voice and claimed I hadn’t given him any money. I’ll definitely head to a nicer, better-staffed gas station nearby next time. I don’t know his name, but he was working on July 26th around 7:20 PM. This was the worst gas station experience I’ve ever had.
I called Casey's Pizza at 11:40 AM to order a beef pizza ahead of time since you have to call in for beef pizza slices as most customers usually order pork. I called about 25 minutes before I planned to stop by to grab a few slices on my way to work. They assured me it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. However, when I arrived, there was no beef pizza available. The staff said they hadn’t made it because their delivery truck arrived and they got busy. Frustrated, I had to call another Casey's in Herrin, IL to order a small beef pizza because I was hungry. Why bother calling ahead to order if they can’t prepare it?
There is no justification for such a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service. While I realize it’s just pizza and not a significant transaction, there should be a fundamental understanding of how to manage conflicts. If we had been informed about the brisket issue, we could have selected an alternative. It appears that at CASEY'S, famous for their pizzas, the overall experience hinges entirely on the staff working that day. This location used to be my favorite for pizza, but after facing problems for the third time, I may need to consider other options.
Cambria in Casey, Illinois, is one of the top spots for fresh takeout. Each time I go, the food is always fresh, and the customer service is outstanding.
