Zaxby's - Cartersville

That was absolutely the best Zaxby's experience I've ever had. Every single french fry, every single bite was piping hot. The fries were seasoned perfectly. The drive-thru moved efficiently. Everything was perfect. I don't give reviews like this. I'm a harsh critic. That was an experience beyond perfect. I am blown away.

It is a hit or miss place. If you get the fingers when they are fresh and not overcooked they are fantastic, but if not it's like eating dry rubbery chicken. Zax sauce and wimpy sauce are enough of a reason to go there.

They smile when they are reading your order back you. They give napkins with your order. Very nice and courteous to me.

Friendly staff, service was speedy and accurate.
